The Advanced Grenade Launcher is an improvement over the conventional Grenade Launcher in XCOM 2.
It offers improved range and blast radius over its predecessor, which is an improvement over hand-thrown grenades and bombs, while retaining the full range of ammo options.

- Any grenade put in Utility Slot(s) and Grenade Slot will be launched from a Grenade Launcher, increasing the range and blast radius of a grenade/bomb.
- It can launch Ultrasonic Lures (introduced in XCOM 2: War of the Chosen).
- Launching a Proximity Mine does not break Concealment.
- It cannot be used to deploy other throwable items such as Mimic Beacons or Battle Scanners.

- Standard quantity: 2 (1 from Utility Slot + 1 from Grenade-only Slot)
- Maximum quantity: 3 (grenade in Grenade Slot gains 1 additional use with Heavy Ordnance ability)

- 2 for Smoke Grenade/Bomb
- 4 for Ultrasonic Lure (each item has 2 uses)
