Bull Rush is an ability of the Berserker in XCOM: Enemy Unknown.
Description[]
Though rarely used, this ability grants the Berserker the capability to charge through destructible cover elements like walls and debris to attack its target(s). It deals more or less the same damage as a regular attack.
Tactics[]
If a player Mind Controls a Berserker or is using one in multiplayer, this ability can be used to simultaneously attack an enemy and leave it exposed. Should the enemy survive the attack's massive damage, the Berserker's allies can finish it off.
This can also can be used for an effective surprise attack through a wall if used in combination with a spotter with Ghost Armor, Mimetic Skin or Bioelectric Skin.
In the same vein, care should be taken when facing a Berserker within Bull Rush range. If the cover is destructible, the soldier will be exposed, which is potentially more dangerous than the ability's base damage.
It can only target cover and destructible debris, and cannot be used to target units. They simply take damage from the area of effect shown.
