An Alien Corpse is what the aliens leave behind as they leave our world. These cadavers is can be used to learn more about the aliens or to construct weapons and armor useful for our cause.
Note: having a certain number of corpses in your inventory will make autopsies complete instantly. This number varies from alien to alien and game difficulty.
