Psi Operative (XCOM 2)/Soul Steal

Soul Steal is a possible ability of the Psi-Operatives, which acts as a passive upgrade to Soulfire.

Effects

Once learned, Soulfire will be upgraded to heal the Psi Operative for half of the amount of the damage done.
