Exploit, Bug, or Tactic?[]
Except for the Sniper overwatch, can we really say that the these are actual exploits? The first one, in particular, sounds more like a valid tactic than a bug if you ask me: The alien will not move to avoid getting shot and will overwatch if the AI realizes it has low chances to hit.
The second one is harder to swallow, since the unit being overwatched could still attempt a shot without suffering any drawbacks, but I suppose it does make sense if you see the situation as if the alien was being surrendered by the operative. Thoughts? Jukse (talk) 13:20, December 11, 2013 (UTC)
- The second one is no longer doable in Enemy Within as far as I know. Considering they fixed it, it could be considered an exploit in Enemy Unknown. 220.255.2.87 11:38, December 13, 2013 (UTC)
- Just checked and, indeed, it no longer works on EW. From an in-game perspective, it never really made sense, now that I think about it. Jukse (talk) 13:07, December 16, 2013 (UTC)
