Rare Bug[]
On Operation: Lost Mother (Friends in Low Places) (i.e. the DLC operation where you first encounter Chang) I had a moment where my assault class soldier's Lightning Reflexes did not proc. I was nearing toward the end of the operation and going around the truck at the corner of the map, near the extraction zone. A Thin Man spawned on top of the car, just above the left side door. My assault soldier was directly next to that door. Deciding I wasn't sure whether or not the poison would reach her if I killed it right there, I decided to move her back toward the direction my soldiers had come from just to be on the safe side. She moved, it fired, and Lightning Reflexes did not proc. I double checked to make sure it was the correct soldier (it was), then reloaded the autosave and repeated what I had done before, with the same exact results. What I suspect is happening here is that either because she is in such close proximity to the Thin Man (literally 1 tile away not counting the height difference), or, because his chance to hit is probably 100%, that he's ignoring her Reflexes somehow. This was on the PC ver., Enemy Within, on classic difficulty, and all other DLC installed. I've put over 600 hours into this game and I have never encountered this bug before until now so I suspect the circumstances that cause it are super rare. 45.47.228.101 14:10, October 28, 2016 (UTC)
