Zero Damage[]
Anybody had the problem that Mindfray seems to work in all aspects, but causes 0 damage? Even gives Combat Rush when applied to a Thin Man who should die, but the damage is 0. Stat reductions are applied but the target stays alive. This is specific to one member of my squad in Enemy Within, all others' Mindfrays work fine. Effect stays over multiple missions with the same soldier.
