Whisper serves as Chief Tactical Officer for Chimera squad, while he is technically classified as a unique Agent, he is not a playable character.
Born and raised in Canada, he served in the war against ADVENT following the alien invasion, and later developed a history with all of Chimera Squad's candidates.
